Thick and Rich Vegan Black Bean Dip

Chock full of protein, fiber, antioxidants and more, black beans make a wonderful, creamy, comforting dip that's great with veggies or as a dollop on top of salads, macro bowls and soups. Enjoy! 

Ingredients

  • 1 0.6 Cups Black Beans, canned, low-sodium – drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 Avocado – pitted
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 Garlic, clove
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Broth, vegetable
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
