  • 1 Cup Greens, Spring Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli, florets
  • 1/4 Beet, raw
  • 6 Strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 1/2 Cups Rice Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Tablespoon Tofu
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
