Beet the Hangover

Tired of feeling tired after enjoying one too many drinks the night before? We've got just the thing to help get rid of those nasty hangovers! Made with powerful inflammation-fighting ingredients, like fresh ginger and turmeric, and liver-cleansing beets and lemon juice, this bright and bubbly cocktail will save the day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Beet, raw
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger Root, fresh
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric, fresh
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 5 Tablespoons Vodka
  • 1/4 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Sparkling Water

Directions

Add all ingredients except for the sparkling water and blend until completely smooth.

Strain into a chilled glass, add sparkling water and garnish.
