- 1 cup Baby Kale
- 1/3 cup Cauliflower, raw, chopped
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter, no added salt
- 1/4 tsp Ashwagandha
