  • 2 cup Swiss Chard
  • 1/2 cup Grapes
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
