What are the shipping times and costs?
The estimated delivery time is between 1 and 3 days.
Delivery Rules & Restrictions:
- nutribullet® ships exclusively within the national territory.
- Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday.
- Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays according to the Italian and German calendars.
- Delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered, your address, and the selected shipping method.
- During sales or promotional periods, shipments may take slightly longer than expected.
Returns
How can I return my order?
Return via our procedure:
- Print both our Return Form and Return Label (available in the "My Account" area if you are a registered user, or via the link in your confirmation email if you are not registered).
- Place the Return Form inside the package and attach the Return Label to the outside.
- Hand the package to the courier specified on the Return Label.
Return with a courier of your choice:
- Print the Return Form (available in the "My Account" area if you are a registered user, or via the link in your confirmation email if you are not registered).
- Place the Return Form inside the package and send it using a courier of your choice, addressing it to the return address indicated on the Return Label available in the "My Account" area.
- The return shipping costs will be those set by your chosen courier.
How many days do I have to return an order?
In accordance with European regulations, you may withdraw from your contract with nutribullet® within 14 days from the date of delivery.
This means that if you are not satisfied with the products you ordered for any reason, you simply need to notify us of your intention to return them within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any justification.
If your order includes multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the delivery date of the last item.
How much does a return cost?
- Return via our procedure: Free return.
- Return with a courier of your choice: The return costs will be set by your chosen courier.
