Mango-Mint Merger

There is a definite zing to this smoothie recipe, made with tangy lime, refreshing mint, and sweet mango! The healthy fats from the chia seeds and a wide range of vitamins and minerals from coconut flakes, coconut water, carrots, spinach, and mangoes make this a very successful merger!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 3 Mint
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots, baby, raw
  • 1 Cup Mango, fresh, pitted
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut, unsweetened flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
