  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree, canned
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 cup Soymilk, unsweetened

  • 1/3 cup Ice
