Ingredients

  • 1/2 Orange
  • 1/4 Grapefruit, fresh
  • 1/3 Cup Pineapple, frozen
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger Root, fresh
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
