Thick and Rich Vegan Black Bean Dip

Chock full of protein, fiber, antioxidants and more, black beans make a wonderful, creamy, comforting dip that's great with veggies or as a dollop on top of salads, macro bowls and soups. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Black Beans, canned, low-sodium – drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 Avocado – pitted
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 Garlic, clove
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup Broth, vegetable
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
