Zesty Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Garlic, clove
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 Basil, dried

Directions

Allow roasted red peppers to cool to room temperature (21°C/70°F or cooler)

Add ingredients in the order listed, and blend for no more than one minute.
