  • 1 cup Baby Kale
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/2 Banana – peeled
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
  • 1/8 cup Ice
