  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries, frozen
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
