This recipe includes powerful, antioxidant-rich foods such as spinach, an orange, and a Brazil nut, which contains your daily supply of selenium.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1 Brazil Nuts, dried, unblanched
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
