Wild Blueberry Celery Smoothie

Celery is quite an interesting ingredient to add to your smoothies! Slightly salty and a little bit tangy, it adds excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. Paired with blueberries, this drink becomes a low glycemic, low calorie, power-packed drink you can enjoy any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Celery, raw
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries, wild, frozen
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric, ground
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
