Baby Sweet Greens Smoothie

Make it a sweet treat by tossing in fiber-rich fruits! Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Baby Kale
  • 1/2 cup Greens, Spring Mix
  • 4 Basil
  • 4 Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Grapes
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth. You can also substitute the spinach, kale, and mixed greens with 1 1/2 cup of leafy greens of your choice.
