This smoothie is one of our most tried and true recipes! Going back to the basics, it incorporates simple, low-glycemic fruits, heart-healthy hemp seeds, and hydrating coconut water for a fresh and healthy smoothie that tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
