Berry Beets Mint

Beet’s gorgeous color, mixed with the sweetness of honey and berries and the freshness of mint and lime juice, makes an un-beet-able combination! Not only is this smoothie delicious, but it also contains a generous dose of fiber from the berries, spinach, and chia seeds to keep you feeling good inside and out!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 5 Mint
  • 1/2 Beet, raw
  • 1 cup Blackberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/3 cup Ice
