  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/2 Green Apple
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
  • 1 Dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter, no added salt
  • 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Ice
