Creamy Blueberry Smoothie

Having a hard time getting your little one to eat their fruits and vegetables? Try having them drink them instead! Full of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, this creamy smoothie will become their new favorite. Add a couple of pitted dates or a bit of pure maple syrup if you like it sweet. And for extra protein, toss in some pumpkin seeds or your favorite nut butter!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter, no added salt
  • 1/3 cup Ice
