Golden Milk Shake

Golden milk is a non-dairy beverage made with turmeric (the ingredient that makes it “gold”) and black pepper. Sometimes, cinnamon and ginger are added to make the drink a bit more flavorful and pleasant to drink. Here, we use a mix of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne, plus creamy almond milk and sugar-free stevia to sweeten it up.


  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Root, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1 cup Ice



Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
