Green Power Smoothie

Get your daily greens in with this energizing smoothie! Spinach and kale make the perfect team to help build healthy bones and support eye health. They’re also both very rich in antioxidants! You get plenty of immunity-boosting vitamin C from the pineapple and raspberries, but add a tablespoon of Essential Greens for an extra boost that will also help support your body's ability to rid itself of any impurities.


  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, fresh
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Essential Greens



Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
