Developed by Jon, our Senior Software Developer, this green smoothie is filled with heart-healthy hemp and flax seeds, and it's full of alpha-linolenic acid, plant-based protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. Juicy peaches and blackberries add a burst of sweetness and nutrients, while leafy greens support healthy vision and strong bones.
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Peach, pitted
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup Oats, rolled, gluten-free
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
