Kale Kiwi Smoothie

They contain naturally occurring saturated fat, which promotes heart health and weight loss when eaten as part of a balanced diet. The chia seeds in this smoothie also help with appetite control and satiation, so you're not only introducing a plethora of healthy ingredients to your diet, but you're managing your weight loss goals, too.   • 1 cup Lacinato Kale
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Coconut, unsweetened flakes
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds



Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
