Kale Kiwi Smoothie

Rich in calories, coconuts have long held a bad rap as unhealthy and fatty. Not anymore! They contain naturally occurring saturated fat, which promotes heart health and weight loss when eaten as part of a balanced diet. The chia seeds in this smoothie also help with appetite control and satiation, so you're not only introducing a plethora of healthy ingredients to your diet, but you're managing your weight loss goals, too. We can drink to that!
