Kale Mango Smoothie

This smoothie is loaded with vitamin C to help keep colds and the flu at bay.   • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/4 cup Celery, raw
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Mango, fresh, pitted
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened



Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
