Kiwis are loaded with vitamin C to keep your immune system armed against those pesky cold and flu bugs. Combine them with sweet mango, coconut, and fiber-filled chia seeds for a refreshing snack.   • 1 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1/2 cup Mango, frozen chunks
  • 3/4 cup Water
