Pear and apple are a winning combination that delivers a generous burst of antioxidants and fiber. Their sweet flavor pairs perfectly with nutty almonds and hemp seeds, both excellent sources of heart-healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Pear, cored
  • 1/2 Red Apple
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tbsp Oats, rolled, gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Ice
