  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree, canned
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Soymilk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
  • 1/3 cup Ice
