Spring peas have a lovely and subtle, sweet taste that pairs excellently with a yummy blend of vitamin-packed fruits. Combine all of that with refreshing mint and hydrating coconut water, and you end up with a delicious and nutritious drink that’s not only rich in protein and fiber but also promotes a healthy immune system.
