The 3PM Slump

Bananas, beets, and coconut water provide electrolytes that help maintain nerve and muscle functions to keep us energized for the workday and day-to-day activities. Ingredients

  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 Beet, raw
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries, frozen
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Water
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
