This chocolate chia pudding is made with coconut milk, dates, and protein powder for a rich, high-protein dessert that hits your macros and your sweet tooth.

Add all ingredients except the chia seeds into the Blending Cup and blend using the Auto Cycle.

Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in chia seeds to evenly distribute.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, so the chia seeds plump up, giving you a thick, pudding-like texture.
