Add all ingredients except the chia seeds into the Blending Cup and blend using the Auto Cycle.
Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in chia seeds to evenly distribute.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, so the chia seeds plump up, giving you a thick, pudding-like texture.
