Dates, pitted - soaked in hot water for 30 minutes

Oats, rolled, gluten-free

What’s full of fudgy, sweet, chocolatey goodness? These Double Chocolate Energy Bites, of course! Every bite is studded with chewy oats, sweet dates, rich chocolate chips, and a slight crunch from the almonds and chia seeds. This is definitely a fun and easy recipe to make if you want ready-to-eat bite-sized snacks waiting for you in the fridge!

Meanwhile, in your nutribullet cup, blend oats and almonds for about 10 seconds until a loose powder. Pour into a medium bowl.

To the medium bowl, add the cacao and chia seeds and set aside.

Remove dates from water and add to a nutribullet cup with 1/4 cup water and vanilla. Blend until smooth, forming date paste.

Add date paste to medium bowl with oat and almond mixture and mix till incorporated.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Form into 16 balls and set in fridge for1 hour. Store in airtight container.
