Who needs a four-leaf clover when you could make this refreshing smoothie bowl? It's loaded with all the greens you need to feel great throughout the day. Spinach is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin K, which helps promote bone health. The mint also improves digestion and can help with stomach cramps and headaches. If the heart-healthy almonds in the bowl aren't enough, feel free to add more sprinkled over the top, along with any of your other favorites, like other nuts, coconut flakes, granola, and more!
