This recipe includes beneficial plant fats that you can add to your diet like avocado, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, fresh
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 Banana, frozen
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 medjool Dates, pitted

Directions
