Low-Sugar Cucumber Margarita

Goodbye, artificial sweeteners and bottled lime juice! Once you try this blended cucumber and lime margarita, there's no turning back! It may be low in calories and sugar, but this cocktail does not hold back on flavor. Made with freshly squeezed lime juice, refreshing cucumbers, and naturally sweet honey, this skinny margarita is guaranteed to hit the spot! Not a cucumber fan? Substitute cucumber with your favorite fruit. Our favorites are strawberry and mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cucumber – peeled and diced
  • 6 tbsp Tequila
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Ice

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.

Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with salt, lime, and sliced cucumbers.
