Lucky Charmed Smoothie

It's packed with ingredients that promote bone, heart, and eye health in addition to strengthening your immune system and improving blood circulation. Ingredients

  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Peach, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Mango, frozen chunks
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric, fresh
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
