Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

The star ingredients in this recipe are matcha green tea and chia seeds that deliver a powerful punch of antioxidants, filling fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.   • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder



Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.


Pour the mixture into desired container and let it gel in the fridge at least 2 hours, or overnight.


Serve on its own or with whipped cream, yogurt, fresh strawberries, or shredded coconut.
