Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Garbanzo Beans – from a can, rinsed and skinned (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree, canned
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic, clove
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
