Spinach Avocado Pesto

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Basil
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 1 Garlic, clove
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese



Add all ingredients except for the olive oil and pulse until you have a chunky paste.


Add olive oil and blend again, adding more oil as necessary.
