Watercress and Herb Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Watercress, raw
  • 1 Red Potato, small
  • 2 Garlic, clove
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth, low-sodium
