Green Monster Smoothie Bowl

Green is good — especially when it comes to smoothies (and smoothie bowls). Dark leafy greens, like spinach and kale, are high in nutrients and low in calories. Combine them with sweet banana and creamy cashew butter to make a delicious green smoothie bowl base for your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach – packed
  • 1/2 cup Baby Kale – or other leafy green, packed
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened – or other milk/milk alternative
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Butter, plain w/o added salt

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl, and top with almonds, raspberries, and granola, if desired.
