Cauliflower, chopped and steamed - cooled

1/4 cup

Cheddar Cheese - shredded, optional

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to the cup and blend until smooth.

Add a bit of cooking oil to the bottom of a frying pan and turn on medium heat.

Pour egg mixture into the frying pan and stir with a spatula until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked.

Serve immediately.
