Broccoli Puree

Eating broccoli boosts the body's ability to detoxify, and it is full of vitamin C, making it a perfect food when baby has the sniffles.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Broccoli, florets
  • 1/4 cup Water

Directions

Steam or boil the broccoli until very soft and tender.

Cool broccoli completely.
