Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Dates, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Clove, ground
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
  • 4 tbsp Cognac
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Directions

Add all ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
