Herb Butter

Instantly elevate your favorite protein or make the tastiest garlic bread with a rich and flavorful butter spread that you can whip up in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parsley – or your favorite herbs
  • 1 cup Butter, unsalted – softened at room temperature
  • 2 Garlic, clove
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt – or seasoned to taste (optional)

Directions

1

Gather a variety of herbs, such as basil, mint, parsley, thyme, etc., and remove the stems. Measure 1 cup of herbs packed, and load them into the work bowl to use with the chopping blade.

2

Add garlic and optional seasoning into the work bowl with herbs and run ON for 10 seconds or until the mixture is completely minced.

3

In a bowl, add softened butter. Transfer the minced herbs mixture into the bowl with the butter. Use a mini whisk to combine and incorporate the herbs and butter.

4

Remove the butter mixture from the bowl and spoon it onto parchment paper, wax paper, or plastic wrap. Roll butter into a log, shaping it with your fingers. Twist or tie ends to seal and chill the log for 1 hour or until completely firm.

5

Unwrap firm herbed butter log and cut into ¼ inch slices. Add to bread, fish, poultry, or meat to enhance the flavor of your favorite dish. A must-try!
