  • 1/2 cup Blueberries – fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 tbsp Superfood Essentials Vanilla Plant-Based Protein – or other high-quality protein powder



Add all ingredients to the tall cup and twist on the cross blade.
