Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette

You know how salads from a restaurant never really taste as good when you attempt to make them at home? We'll let you in on a little secret: it's all in the dressing. This Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette rivals a dressing you'd likely find tossed on your favorite restaurant salad. Added bonus: you can whip it up in minutes. Literally.


  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar, balsamic
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Shallot – minced
  • 1 Garlic, clove – minced (1 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground



Add all ingredients to a cup and blend until ingredients are combined.
