Garden Party Juice

The gang’s all here in this sweet and tangy blend of garden variety greens, like kale and mint, and fruits like apples and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Kale
  • 2 Green Apple
  • 1 Cucumber – with skin on
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Mint – sprigs

Directions

Remove the rind from the lemon. Cut lemon, apples, and kale to a size that will easily fit into the feed chute.

Alternate feeding the ingredients into the chute. We recommend alternating between softer and harder ingredients.
