Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 4 minutes.
Cut potatoes into wedges and pat dry.
Toss all ingredients into a bowl and coat wedges with seasonings.
Cook at 400F for 10 minutes. Then, remove the fry pot and flip the potato wedges. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes.
