Potato Wedges

For those who like things on the savory side, these thick, flavorful potato wedges serve up major satisfaction. Light and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, potato wedges make the perfect side.

Ingredients

  • 2 Potato – Yukon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 4 minutes.

Cut potatoes into wedges and pat dry.

Toss all ingredients into a bowl and coat wedges with seasonings.

Cook at 400F for 10 minutes. Then, remove the fry pot and flip the potato wedges. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes.
